Seasonal Pillow Covers? Yaaaas Please
On a recent shopping trek through the home decor isles of Target, I found a lovely little wall hanging by OpalHouse. Though wall hangings to me are a bit juvenile(think college dorm) I was very much drawn the print of this particular textile and its use of a familiar and beloved color palate. My dinning room/living room combo is done in grays, neutrals, blush pink, and deep yellow. So when I saw this wall hanging I was inspired to use it as a table cloth/runner for my dinning room table. Also, I may just reupholster my tufted coffee table in it...to be cont'd. A few moments after I found the wall hanging, I stumbled upon the clearance section. I found some amazing flour sac cloth towels by Hearth & Hand by Magnolia for $2.07. The towels measure 30in x 30 in and come in a multitude of colors and prints. I decided to make some no sew pillow covers to carry our seating area from Summer into Fall. All you need for this 10 min project...
